My unmistakable taste for nature and for laboring the land, along with my desire to live it fully, has brought me to this path. It was in 2003 that I took over the Chateau Saincrit, a vine-growing property existing for 3 generations. To take over a vineyard is a difficult choice because we cannot deny its past and the manner in which it had been toiled and improved over the years.
